With the recent changing pandemic classification of the COVD-19 Corona Virus, we would like to inform our customer and supplier base that we are now working remotely, and in line with the latest UK government and health authority guidelines.
We have communicated with our supply chain to ensure any supply issues are minimised. It is generally understood this is a dynamic situation and most companies we work with are also operating within the guidelines of their local governments and health authorities.
The current government advice is that all non-essential travel should be postponed, and staff work from home to limit the spread of the virus.
We already use existing technologies to communicate with our customer and supplier base so please feel free to contact us in the normal way. All employee emails are operational and our generic email address "orderadmin" is sent to a group to ensure business continuity for our customers. Our phones are diverted accordingly.
We are in daily contact with our suppliers who are also providing regular updates.
