What is a wet bench?
"Wet bench" is a general term for a system that can process products usually sequentially with either manual or automatic handling between processes. Usually wetbenches carry out wet cleaning and etching / solvent operations. and designed and made to suit the client application.
In some instance, a single wafer process tool is required - these can also be supplied.
Defining a wet bench can be quite difficult so we provide on-site meetings for design and work with you every step of the way.

Chemical Dispense
Getting the right chemistry to the wafers is essential.There are many options so we normally discuss these in details. Materials used are also key to your process.
